Job description

Are you a dedicated and passionate educator looking for a dynamic opportunity to inspire young minds? Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a Supply Teacher to cover a variety of classes throughout KS1 and KS2 in the Hackney, and Science from now until the end of the academic year. This position offers a unique chance to make a real difference in the lives of students and contribute to their academic growth.

Throughout this role, you will earn a competitive salary between £135.00 £185.00 per day.

You will have the opportunity to work in a range of Secondary Schools in the Hackney area of London. 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and informative lessons in Maths, English, and Science
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity in lesson delivery.

Requirements

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching Maths, English, and Science at the appropriate level.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and curriculum requirements.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
