Cover Teacher

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging pre-planned lessons across the primary age range
- Creating a positive, safe, and exciting learning environment
- Encouraging pupils to stay motivated, focused, and confident
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and positively
- Supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing throughout the school day
- Working closely with staff to maintain high standards across the school
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A flexible, positive, and proactive attitude
- Someone who can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
- A genuine passion for helping children thrive
