Cover Teacher

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging pre-planned lessons across the primary age range
• Creating a positive, safe, and exciting learning environment
• Encouraging pupils to stay motivated, focused, and confident
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and positively
• Supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing throughout the school day
• Working closely with staff to maintain high standards across the school

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A flexible, positive, and proactive attitude
• Someone who can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• A genuine passion for helping children thrive
