Primary School looking for 121 support Teaching Assistant

An Ofsted 'Good' school in the Balham area of Wandsworth are seeking a highly professional and dedicated member of staff to support a chlid in their Year 3 class who has been diagnosed with Autism, the child also has some mild behavioural needs where the child gets frustrated when they do not understand the work set for them. The school are looking for someone who has got prior experience working with Autism and understands what is needed to support a child with this condition.

The school itself is a two form entry and are growing year upon year, it is a very desirable school in the local area and is considered one of the best schools in terms of behaviour management. The school was graded 'Good' in its last Ofsted report and they are targetting 'Outstanding' the next time Ofsted come around. The SLT within the school are very supportive and will ease you into life at the school, this is a great opportunity for any TA who is looking to make the step into a role that is more demanding.
