Job: Year 3 Teacher – NQT
Location: Gillingham
Date: September 2020
Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of a ‘Good’ (Ofsted) Three Form Entry Primary School in Gillingham, who are looking to appoint a creative and passionate teacher to take over the Year 3 Class from September 2020.
This role will be to start September 2020 and will for a full academic year. The school are looking for a committed and passionate Newly Qualified Teacher that can hit the ground running from the start of the new academic year.
Support from the senior leadership team is fantastic and there may be opportunities in other roles at the end of the placement for the successful applicant.
The Year 3 NQT teacher must:
- Have a strong understanding of the KS2 Curriculum
- Confidently be able to plan, mark and assess
- Have a real passion to make a difference to children’s learning
- Be a strong communicator with staff, pupils and parents
- Have a strong classroom presence and be able to implement effective behaviour management strategies
- Be able to differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners
