Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Primary
Location: Doncaster
Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
Pay: £100 – £120 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work in a supportive primary school in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HLTA looking to take on additional responsibility and make a real impact in the classroom.
The Role:
-
Delivering planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
-
Providing whole-class cover across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
-
Leading small group interventions to raise attainment
-
Supporting pupils with SEN and additional needs
-
Working closely with teaching staff to support planning and assessment
-
Promoting a positive and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
-
Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualification
-
Have recent experience working in a UK primary school
-
Be confident delivering lessons independently
-
Have strong behaviour management skills
-
Be adaptable, proactive and reliable
