Year 6 Teacher – Doncaster

£120–£200 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a committed and motivated Year 6 Teacher to work in a supportive primary school in Doncaster. This is a key role supporting pupils through their final year of primary education and preparing them for SATs and transition to secondary school.

The Role:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum

  • Prepare pupils for Year 6 SATs through effective teaching and assessment

  • Track progress, identify gaps in learning and implement targeted support

  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour, effort and achievement

  • Work closely with colleagues, parents and support staff to support pupil outcomes

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)

  • Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6

  • Confident with SATs preparation and assessment frameworks

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
