PPA Teacher

-          Are you looking to secure part-time teaching work?

-          Do you have experience teaching in across Key Stage 1 and 2?

-          Have you acquired Qualified Teacher Status?

We are looking for a PPA Teacher to work in a school in the Blackburn area.  The role is to start 7th June 2021 and is to work 3 afternoons per week: Tuesday and Thursday and Friday. You are required to work across KS1 and KS2 (Year 1 to 5). The role is to cover lessons while the Class Teachers take time for planning. You will be required to deliver Topic Lessons e.g. P.E, R.E, Language Studies, Art. Accordingly, an excellent knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum is essential.

The school provides a happy and safe place which inspires children. The Head Teacher is looking for someone who can deliver high quality lessons while incorporating the faith of the school. This primary school prides itself its Christian Values and education the children with these.

The salary is based on a 4 hour day, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons, and depending on experience, this could vary between GBP50-GBP75 per half day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
