PPA Teacher wanted in Hillingdon
Location: West Drayton
Role: PPA Teacher
Pay: £150 - £180 a day depending on experience (paid on a weekly basis)
The Role

We are now looking to recruit an inspirational Teacher to cover PPA across the school. We are looking for an excellent practitioner who is:
An excellent team player and relationship builder
Enthusiastic, inspirational and highly motivated
Passionate about learning and attainment with high expectations for yourself and others
Able to demonstrate success in raising children's attainment
A team player who is easily motivated and can inspire others
Has vision and is highly ambitious for themselves and their class
Expectations of the candidate
- To be able to take initiative and responsibility
- Knows the curriculum
- Observe and record information on pupil performance
- Supporting individuals in groups to help them learn
- planning & delivering lessons as well as marking and assessing pupils
- Monitoring, recording, and reporting attainment, development, and progress
- managing behaviour in the classroom
- preparing students for SATs
- Hold a QTS or equivalent
- genuine interest in education and child development
- a committed and professional attitude

Essential requirements/training/qualifications
The Qualifications:
- Matching A Levels and GCSE grades
- Enhanced DBS – Child work force only
- Relevant experience working with children
- SEN experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
