Teaching Assistant.
Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a experienced teaching assistant to join a double form entry primary school located in Cambridge. You would be primarily involved with the EYFS department of this fantastic school.
This primary school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to work within their EYFS department, mainly within Nursery. The successful candidate must have excellent behaviour management and a good knowledge of the EYFS National Curriculum. You must be a committed practitioner who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout the role.
The role itself will involve supporting the class teachers within both Nursery and Reception, helping with the delivery of phonics, reading and writing. You will be required to work with the whole class or with small groups.
Requirements for the role:
- Experienced Teaching Assistant (at least 1 year)
- SEN experience
-Phonics trained
-Clean DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one through Teaching Personnel)
- Safeguarding training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
