Outstanding Primary School in Kingsbury looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to start in September

  • £65+ per day, depending on experience
  • Outstanding Primary School with excellent senior leadership team that is committed to training all staff
  • Full-time, term time only. 8:30 - 4pm

Are you an experienced teaching assistant looking for an exciting new role? Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting on the behalf of a reputable Primary School in the borough of Brent and they are in need of a 2 x SEN teaching assistants who are available to start in September

About the role

You will be required to support children with various learning difficulties ranging from: ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and Global Delay. You will be taking direction from the SENCO and you will have regular meetings to report the children's progress. This role entails working on a 1:1 basis with pupils who have SEN.

This multicultural, Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ school is located in Kingsbury and is a short walking distance from the train station and has excellent transport links. There is a well established senior leadership team at the school and the successful candidate will receive their full support whilst working at the school. They pride themselves on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with pupils, members of staff and the parents. Children are always encouraged to achieve beyond their expectations so the school are in search of an exceptional teaching assistant who can add real value to the school.

*You have at least 6months experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs

*You are willing to provide personal care; changing nappies

*You are charismatic, personable and you have a positive can-do attitude

*You have a valid DBS that is registered on the update service or willing to complete an application
