Part-time Maths Teacher Dewsbury

Here at Teaching Personnel I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Maths Teacher to work on a 1:1/small group basis at a thriving secondary school in the Dewsbury (WF13) area. My client secondary school are looking for a teacher with a track record of raising attainment and raising the aspirations of low level learners. This role is on a 3 day basis which will be completed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays and to start in September.

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

• UK Qualified teaching status - NQT's will be considered
• Experience within a busy Maths department
• The ability to plan and deliver short intervention programmes
• Have the ability plan collaboratively with the department

This school is a thriving 11-18 secondary school which is currently in a state of rapid improvement and looking to become good by the end of the academic year 19/20. With a lot of external support, this is a great time to be a part of the school and start on the right foot come September. This would be the ideal role for an NQT who wants to gain more experience or an experienced teacher who is dropping down to part-time hours.
