About the Role:

1. To achieve the highest possible standards and outcomes for pupils.
2. To develop a cohesive and personalised programme of interventions for all pupils personally assigned to.
3. To work collaboratively with pupils, families and professionals to ensure that pupil needs are met within an inclusive environment.
4. To support the TA Outreach Lead Teacher and TA SLT in creating lasting improvement in the quality of outreach provision and high quality professional services.
