Job Title: Online Tutor

Location:

East Midlands, Northamptonshire, Northampton

Salary:

£20.00 - £25.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

• Deliver online tutoring sessions to students
• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
• Provide feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure student success

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in Education or related field
• Demonstrated experience in tutoring or teaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles

Education:

Degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 1 years of tutoring or teaching experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of the subject matter being taught
• Proficiency in using online learning platforms and tools
• Ability to motivate and engage students in a virtual learning environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Education
• Experience in delivering online tutoring or remote teaching
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
