Job Title: Online Tutor
Job Description
An Online Tutor position is currently available. This is a temporary role, with the expectation of working full-time hours.
Job Duties:
- Deliver online educational sessions to students in a virtual classroom setting.
- Create and implement lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Provide feedback and support to help students improve their understanding of the subject matter.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents/guardians.
Required Qualifications:
- A relevant degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in an online environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the subject(s) being taught.
Education:
A degree in Education or a related field is required for this role.
Experience:
Prior experience in tutoring or teaching.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and tools.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in online teaching or tutoring.
- Experience working with students of various age groups.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
