Online Teaching

Teaching Personnel are supporting their partner schools in light of the current situation with COVID-19. As schools are closed to the majority of students, the requirements for teachers to attend schools has significantly decreased but teachers and tutors are still required to support and teach students remotely.

As a group, Teaching Personnel are able to tap into our online working platform of ‘Bramble’ to support schools in a safe, online environment ensuring that learning continues during these uncertain times.

Any teachers that are based in the south Manchester area and is keen to continue teaching remotely is encouraged to apply now for consideration. Teachers are expected to:

• Have the IT capabilities at home to support students’ learning including laptop/PC or Mac, functioning microphone and camera and stable/reliable broadband internet connection
• Be a fully qualified teacher interested in tutoring and well versed in supporting students in small groups/on a one to one basis

Highlights of the online teaching role:

• Pay will  be dependent upon experience and teaching qualification but approximately GBP20 per hour
• Tuition, intervention and working with a variety of students across a number of secondary schools in Manchester/South Manchester
• Support in your own subject specialism with a focus and increased need for support in Maths, English and Science
