Nursery Nurses and Nursery Teaching Assistants required for Neasden area.

Teaching Personnel are looking for motivated and experienced Nursery Nurses and Teaching Assistants who have a passion for teaching and education! Practitioners are desired to be Level 3 qualified, however we would be open to seeing candidates who are Level 2 qualified- depending on their skills and experience. Successful candidates must have solid experience and knowledge within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

All private and school nurseries that we currently work with provide a stimulating and welcoming environment for both children and staff in their settings. Successful candidates will fit in well with the running of the nursery and bring fresh ideas to further improve the learning within the setting!

The job role

  • To work as a member of a team to provide a safe, caring, stimulating environment, in line with The Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • To provide a wide variety of activities for the children that is suitable to their individual stages of development.
  • To ensure that child records, such as learning diaries/next steps and individual folders are kept up to date.

  • To build up relationships with the parents in order to reduce the division between home and nursery for the child.

  • To ensure the provision of high quality environment to meet the needs of individual children regardless of any disabilities, family backgrounds or medical history.

  • To ensure the maintenance of adequate standards of cleanliness and hygiene for the children attending the nursery.

  • To undertake certain domestic jobs within the nursery, e.g. Cleansing of equipment etc and the cleaning of rooms. Ensuring the nursery is kept clean and tidy.
