Teaching Personnel have outstanding opportunities available for current or former nursery nurses and nursery assistants!
Teaching Personnel are the top specialist education recruitment company in Andover, we work exclusively with the specialist SEN provisions across the county. We have preferred supply agreements with these schools, meaning we have exclusive access to their daily supply and long-term vacancies.
We are currently looking for staff that have an interest in progressing their career and working in education in primary and secondary schools.
Working in schools provides applicants a greater opportunity for progression, as staff have a support pupils with complex needs and progress through the career ladder while engaging children with additional needs in their education.
Required availability:
Specialist SEN schools do prefer full time (5 days between 08.30 - 15.30) availability, as it enables staff and pupils to develop relationships based on consistency which helps their educational development. However applicants who have limited availability may still apply for short-term / day-to-day roles.
Educational and training requirement:
- GCSE (English and Maths)

- Manual handling
- Personal care
