You may be:

• Supporting children within Nursery and Reception classes
• Delivering engaging play-based learning activities
• Encouraging communication, social skills and independence
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support
• Supporting children with additional learning needs

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds a Level 3 Childcare or Early Years qualification
• Has experience working with children in an Early Years setting
• Is warm, positive and enthusiastic
• Understands the importance of child development
• Builds positive relationships with children and colleagues
• Is committed to helping every child thrive
