Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and well-loved nursery in the Truro area, currently experiencing high demand for additional support. We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and reliable Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis (3–4 days per week).

You’ll support children at a crucial stage of their early development, helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where they can grow in confidence, explore, and thrive through play.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting children within a nursery / EYFS setting (ages 0–5)
- Encouraging learning through play, creativity, and exploration
- Assisting with daily routines including activities, mealtimes, and care
- Providing consistent, nurturing support to help children feel safe and secure
- Supporting children with additional needs where required
- Working closely with colleagues to create a positive and engaging setting
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Childcare / Early Years qualification (essential)
- Experience in a nursery or EYFS environment
- A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong understanding of early years development
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
- A proactive, hands-on and adaptable attitude
