Teaching Assistants Required

Due to additional funding to provide top up learning to students at one of our partner schools in Northampton. Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a number of Teaching Assistants to join their hard working and friendly team to support in Year 2 and Year 3. This role will involve working with a small group of children to provide targeted learning or on a 1:1 basis.

The school is a caring environment striving to reach the full potential in all children and staff.

The following requirements are essential:

• Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• A caring, understanding, and nurturing manner
• Confidence to work and lead groups under the teacher's guidance.
• Willingness to assist in making resources to aid children.
• Display calm and clear communication.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
