Teaching Assistants Required
Full Time
Northampton
Due to additional funding to provide top up learning to students at one of our partner schools in Northampton. Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a number of Teaching Assistants to join their hard working and friendly team to support in Year 2 and Year 3. This role will involve working with a small group of children to provide targeted learning or on a 1:1 basis.
The school is a caring environment striving to reach the full potential in all children and staff.
The following requirements are essential:
- Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- A caring, understanding, and nurturing manner
- Confidence to work and lead groups under the teacher's guidance.
- Willingness to assist in making resources to aid children.
- Display calm and clear communication.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
