A school located in the heart of Brighton and Hove have already appointed a range of teaching assistants across their school to support children with additional needs. The SENCO in school is always keen to see new faces trialling with the view to taking people from the agency when she has a need. The school is larger than average and does receive a higher proportion of children with additional needs, so the school are keen for Teaching Personnel to keep recruiting high quality staff in case there are reasons to appoint.
