NQT & TA– Teaching experience
We are looking to recruit current or soon-to-be NQT’s for teaching roles in the Greater Portsmouth area. We presently work closely with the majority of schools in this area and can offer unrivalled access.
A number of our schools are looking for NQT’s to work as TA’s with teaching opportunities from January 2021. These roles will provide NQT’s with valuable experience before they commit to an age group and school. The schools in question have agreed to provide as varied opportunities as possible including all year groups & abilities. They also agree to allow each applicant to take on a specific learning project with a small group of pupils that they are responsible for planning, delivering, developing, and analysing. This is to offer a micro perspective into being a Teacher, whilst furthering personal growth and experience.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a conscientious and empathetic person who is capable of being firm when required.
- Someone who strives to help pupils reach their potential.
- Someone looking for Teaching experience following or proceeding an NQT or PGCE course.
- Be an imaginative problem solver and good communicator.
- Be ready to make a profound difference in pupil’s education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
