Are you a newly qualified English teacher who is seeking a new opportunity within the Southampton area?

Are you looking for an 'Outstanding' secondary school with engaging students who want to learn?

A Southampton based secondary school are seeking an engaged and enthusiastic English teacher to join their highly successful English department after October half term!

We are currently working with a school in Southampton who are looking for a newly qualified English teacher to join there team after October half term! The role will be a full time permanent position working within a well established experienced English department who will be able to support the successful candidate through their teaching career.

The role will involve teaching across KS3 & KS4 GCSE syllabus; previous experience of teaching at GCSE level would be advantageous. It would be an added advantage if the applicant has postgraduate qualifications in a related subject.

Job Information:

  • English NQT for KS3 and KS4.
  • Full-time, Permanent role, January 2020.
  • Inspire and motivate young learners.
  • Daily rate of £115 - £150.

School Information:

  • Mixed comprehensive secondary school based in Southampton, Students KS3 - KS4.
  • Central Southampton based, easily accessible by public transport.
  • Reputable Outstanding graded School with great results.
  • Strong and supportive SLT and Head of English.
  • Plenty of CPD opportunities.
