Are you looking for a placement school to complete your induction year ?
A fantastic opportunity has become available in Great Yarmouth area for a motivated and passionate NQT to join a fantastic single form entry primary school from September ! You would be taking charge of one of the mixed year 1 classes so this is the perfect opportunity for an aspiring KS1 teacher ! you would need to have a fun and engaging teaching style, an excellent knowledge of the UK curriculum at a primary level and the ability to make learning fun for all pupils. Ideally, the candidate would have a stong knowledge and teaching ability of literacy- however this is not essential.
You would be fully supported through your placement, you would gain an experienced recruitment consultant to find your perfect placement school, we are here to do the hard work for you ! You would also gain access to our fantastic features and benefits of our NQT pool programme- included in these benefits are our fantastic NQT training programmes, which involve behaviour and classroom management training, pedagogy courses, SEN based courses just to name a few !
Requirement of the role:
- NQT status in search of placement schools
- Plan fun yet highly engaging lessons in accordance to the UK curriculm
- Mark work completed by all pupils
- Adhere to the visions and values of the school
- Create a safe and fun working environment for all pupils
- Classroom and behaviour management
- Willingness to participate in extra curricular school activities
- Passionate about primary education
- Participate in parent teacher evenings
- Experience with phonics
The Ideal candidate:
- A Teacher with a proven track record of planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons
- Has a Childs DBS on the Update Service
- Uk address and right to work
- Committed and passionate about Primary education
- Motivated and hard working
- Experience with SEN
- Safeguarding training
