Teaching Personnel are now recruiting Newly Qualified Teachers to join our NQT pool for September 2020.
Teaching Personnel’s NQT pool works with a national focus on both recruiting NQTs and working with schools; helping you to find your perfect role to complete your NQT year, as well as providing extra training resources to help candidates who have had their final year of training cut short by the school closures
At Teaching Personnel our main goal is to show schools your unique teaching skills and talents, we work with you on an individual basis to suit you to a classroom environment where you will flourish and succeed.
Members of the Teaching Personnel NQT Pool will receive free access to six online support packs provided by our sister company Best Practice Network. Each pack contains six hours of content aligned to both the Teacher Standards and Early Career Framework and are designed to support the practice of Teachers. These include:
- Pedagogy and Practice
- Curriculum
- Behaviour
- Special Educational Needs
- Assessment
- Professional Behaviours
Teaching Personnel are the largest Teaching agency in the UK and we pride ourselves on our personable approach and great relationships with our teachers, teaching assistants and our schools. You will have your own personal recruitment consultant who will advise you on your CV, interview preparation and techniques; as well as providing you with valuable knowledge aboutthe schools they work with. We have also developed an online interactive learning platform on which to do lesson observations and 1:1 sessions, as well as the opportunity to record your own video CV to show off your personality as well as share your skills and experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
