Newly Qualified Maths Teacher 

Are you a motivated Newly Qualified Teacher of Mathematics looking to secure a permanent position? 

Join an Outstanding secondary school in Tameside, seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Newly Qualified Maths teacher from September 2020.  

The successful candidate will be an outstanding Newly Qualified Teacher of Mathematics with the ability to confidently deliver KS3 and KS4 Mathematics.  

The successful candidate will join a committed Maths department and will have the drive and skills necessary to make a significant different to students lives. They will be able to bring energy and enthusiasm to the department and will be able to instil an enthusiasm for Mathematics across all key stages.  

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Be confident in planning, preparing and delivering high-quality and engaging KS3 and GCSE Mathematics lessons.  

  • Have high expectations of themselves and all students.  

  • Work collaboratively with the department, contributing to the development of schemes of work.  

  • Have excellent classroom management skills. 

  • Be committed to developing their professional practice as a Newly Qualified Teacher.
