French teacher required for a temporary position in Reading for September 2020 if not before

Required to start in September 2020 if not before depending on when schools are back open, a qualified French teacher to join this successful MFL department for a maternity cover. Due to changes in staffing and the option choices of GCSE classes, the Head teacher seeks to recruit an MFL teacher who can add enthusiasm and make an impact on the interest of pupils to Languages throughout the school. Situated in Reading, close to the town centre this is a diverse mixed secondary school which currently exceeds the national averages for progress made throughout KS3 to GCSE. Children are entering the school below the required levels and due to the standards of teaching available make more than adequate progress upon completing Year 11.
