MFL Teacher required for a Cornwall based secondary school.
Full-time MFL teacher required for a Secondary school.
Our client school are looking to appoint an MFL teacher in preparation for the schools return in the New Year and are offering employment for the remainder of the academic year.
• Full-time position MFL teacher required.
• Competitive pay to match your scale point (MPS/UPS)
• January 2020 start with employment for the remainder of the year*.
*This position is initially temporary to cover an open gap within the schools Language department; there may also be opportunities for further employment later in the year. (This will be dependant on performance throughout the initial temporary period.)

The incoming teacher will be required to take on full responsibilities including; planning and marking schemes of work, attending after school meetings and delivering extra curricular activities/revisions sessions.
The schools MFL department has seen success in recent years with a year on year Improvement of the attainment of their pupils at GCSE level, with this in mind the incoming teacher must be result orientated and have a high expectation of what their pupils can achieve. The Head of MFL has highlighted that the recent success of the schools MFL department is largely down to the current teacher’s ability to teach MFL in an interactive and engaging manor, therefore it will be extremely beneficial if you can fall in line with these expectations.
