Teaching personnel are currently looking for experienced Maths Teachers or Early Career Teacher’s for some of our client schools in the Derby area. The role will be teaching Maths up to Key Stage 4. The role commences following the Easter holidays until the end of the academic year.

Successful candidates will be taking on full departmental responsibilities including planning and delivering lessons as well as marking. The schools are looking for passionate individuals who will encourage students and create an engaging atmosphere to aid students’ educational attainment.

Requirements for the role:

  • Hold QTS/ECT status in the UK or have equivalent qualifications.
  • Have experience teaching Maths at a Secondary Level, ideally up to KS4
  • Possess a ‘Right to work’ within the UK
  • The ability to provide two references from your most recent employers
  • Have an Enhanced ‘Child Only’ DBS registered with the Update Service
  • Residing in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
