Maths Tutor

TP Tutors are looking for passionate Maths Tutors across South Tyneside to provide one-to-one tuition and help pupils gain confidence and achieve their full potential in mathematics.

Tutor Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver bespoke maths sessions tailored to learners.

• Support with homework, revision, and exam preparation.

• Track and report on pupil progress using our digital tracking system.

• Encourage resilience and a positive mindset in every session.

Essential Tutor Requirements:

• Good understanding and experience of the KS3/KS4 maths curriculum.

• Previous tutoring or teaching experience, particularly with SEND learners.

• Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts.

• QTS in maths or equivalent tutoring background.
