Job Title: Teacher of Mathematics

Location: Swale

Full/Part Time:  Full Time

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Range: GBP120.00 to GBP170.00 per day

Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity?

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with an Academy in Swale who are seeking a Maths Teacher to teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Maths. This Academy is committed to providing the best opportunity to their students. We are seeking an individual with a hard-working ethic, who will commit to adding value to the learning experiences of each student.

Candidates will be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering of engaging lessons.
  • Assessment of pupils.
  • Report writing.
  • Direction of teaching assistants/learning support.
  • Attendance at parents evening and other meeting as required.
  • Classroom/Behaviour management in line with policies and procedures.
  • Selected candidates will be expected to commit to parents’ evenings and scheduled events within school.

Information about the role:

  • Candidates must hold a recognised teaching qualification have experience teaching in UK colleges
  • The school will consider applications from Newly Qualified Teachers.
  • This role commences immediately and until the end of the academic year.
  • This is a full-time position. Monday-Friday
  • Successful candidates will be required to hold, or apply for, an enhanced DBS and be subject to safeguarding and vetting checks.
