We are working with a Southampton based school who are currently looking for a maths teacher to join their team on a full time basis. The school are Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ and are looking for a dedicated teacher to be able to join the school and enable the children to reach their full potential. This will be a perfect opportunity for a Maths Teacher who wants to grow in an outstanding Maths department and are an aspiring maths leader.
The school have a fantastic culture and the parents and students are very supportive of what you do as a teacher, as quoted within their Ofsted report ‘My daughter absolutely loves the school and has thrived there. She genuinely loves school and looks forward to each day with enthusiasm.’
The person will:
•Be a fully qualified teacher – open to experienced and newly qualified teachers.
• Excellent subject knowledge - MUST be able to teach across KS3 – KS4
• Ideally hold a subject related degree..
• Be able to delivering ‘Good’ to ‘Outstanding’ lessons
• A dedicated individual who has a passion for teaching.
The role will entail:
• A maths teacher position within an outstanding school
• A full time permanent role.
• KS3 & KS4 classes, have to have the ability to teach GCSE maths.
• The maths department is well resourced and have excellent facilities.
• The school have a fantastic CPD program available for experienced and newly qualified teachers.
