Teaching Personnel are working alongside a Secondary Academy in Boston who is currently looking to recruit a new Maths teacher to join their department. Due to a last minute staffing restructure, our client academy is in need of a dynamic Maths teacher who can start immediately.

• Full-time role teaching Maths, for an immediate start until the end of the academic year.
• Pay in line with teaching scale point (£24,373 - £40,490 per annum).
• Access to the school's full training programmes alongside Teaching Personnel's CPD Academy.
• Must hold subject specific qualifications in Maths
• Teaching a full timetable for pupils aged 11-16 including Key Stage 3 and GCSE.

The successful Maths teacher will be expected to;

• Support with the development of Schemes of Work in line with the National Curriculum for Maths
• Plan, prepare and deliver differentiated Maths to meet the needs of individual learners at various levels of learning.
• Assess and evaluate class work reporting back to Senior Teachers in order to take appropriate action to support pupils in meeting their aims and objectives.
• Promote positive behaviour management skills amongst pupils and manage behaviour in line with school
