Maths Teacher Required, Liverpool

  • Pay in line with teachers pay scale M1-M6
  • Working in a school that provides regular training and professional development opportunities

Our client school in Liverpool is looking for a Maths teacher to fill a recent vacancy within their department. This Maths teaching post will commence in September and is a maternity post.

As a Maths teacher you will need to have a proven track record of achievement and suitable teaching references. Maths teachers will need to have experience teaching up to KS4 and KS5 would be advantageous but by no means essential to you being considered for the role.

The school is currently in a transition phase and has clear visions and steps to achieve success over the next 12 months. Part the Catholic Archdiocese the schools is well supported with staff from other schools.

Teaching Personnel welcomes applications from RQT’s in Maths or highly experienced teachers. Located in South Liverpool the school can be easily accessed via public transport routes and the A562. This is an excellent opportunity for a Maths teacher coming to the end of their current contract.

Maths teachers will need to have:

QTS with a proven track record of academic success and experience teaching Maths to KS4

Ability to raise pupil attainment and inspire learners

Teaching references and a fully enhanced DBS
