Position Available: Maths Teacher

Location: Tameside Area

Start Date: After Easter Holidays

Are you a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to inspire young minds? Teaching Personnel, in partnership with one of our esteemed schools in the Tameside area, is seeking a qualified Maths Teacher to join their dynamic team after the Easter holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons that inspire and challenge students.

Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities.

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and achievement.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching practices and resources.

Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities and events.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Maths.

Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary level, with a track record of delivering high-quality lessons.

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics education.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.

Dedication to fostering a positive learning environment and supporting the holistic development of students.

Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute to the school's ethos and goals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
