Maths Teacher – Full Time – Northampton – December Start

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Maths Teacher to work full-time in our partner secondary schools across Northampton.
Location – Northampton
Start Date – 1st December
Contract Type – Full Time
Key Stages – KS3 and KS4
We are looking for a dedicated professional with strong subject knowledge and a passion for delivering engaging, high-quality Maths lessons. You’ll be working in supportive schools where staff collaboration and student progress are key priorities.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver effective Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum.

Track, assess, and report on student progress.

Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.

Attend department meetings, CPD sessions, and school events.
Requirements
-
Strong knowledge of the Mathematics curriculum (KS3 and KS4).

Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
-
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply).

Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) preferred.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
