Maths Teacher – Secondary Supply 

Location: Newcastle 
Start Date: January 2026
Contract Type: Full-Time, Supply (with potential for long-term or permanent roles)
Salary: Paid to Scale (MPS/UPS, depending on experience)

About the Role

Are you a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher ready to inspire the next generation of problem-solvers?
We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Secondary Maths Teacher to join our supply teaching team from January 2026. This full-time position offers the opportunity to teach across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 if desired) within a variety of supportive and high-achieving secondary schools in the Newcastle region.

You’ll have the chance to deliver engaging lessons, support students’ learning progress, and bring mathematics to life — all while benefiting from the flexibility and variety that supply teaching provides.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3–KS4, KS5 desirable).
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • A passion for helping students develop confidence and a love for maths.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a positive approach to new environments.
