Teaching Personnel is seeking skilled and committed Maths Tutors to deliver high-quality, targeted tuition at Functional Skills and/or GCSE level. This is an excellent opportunity to support learners who may be working below expected levels, preparing for exams, or in need of personalised guidance to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored Maths sessions that address each student’s individual learning needs

• Support progress in numeracy skills and exam preparation

• Use a range of teaching strategies to engage and motivate learners

• Monitor and report on student progress with clear, constructive feedback

• Help build learner confidence and independent problem-solving skills

Requirements:

• Experience teaching or tutoring Maths (Functional Skills and/or GCSE level)

• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, Cert Ed) is preferred

• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills

• An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
