Teacher of Mathematics (Full Time) - Luton

Required as soon as possible

Teaching Personnel are supporting a Faith School located in Luton, Bedfordshire who has an exciting opportunity for a new Maths Teacher who shares a passion to see students achieve the best that is possible, inspired by great teaching and great leaders. 

This is an 11-19 comprehensive school, serving the Roman Catholic community in Luton and Dunstable. They are one of the most successful schools in Luton and have a thriving Sixth Form with 300 students. They have been consistently described by Ofsted as a ‘good’ school and under Section 48 as an ‘outstanding faith school’. 

THE ROLE

The School are seeking a dynamic, passionate and inspirational Maths teacher, who has excellent subject knowledge of Maths and is able to contribute to continued improvements in progress and student attainment to join their successful and experienced Mathematics department.

As Teacher of Mathematics, you will play a key role delivering challenging and well-organised lessons, teaching with expertise and enthusiasm and using an appropriate range of strategies and resources. 

This is a full-time post and offers a fantastic opportunity for professional development. You would be placed on a Temp to Perm contract, initially booked on a temporary basis through supply with the view of going permanent 

Maths Teachers just entering their ECT part of their career are welcome to apply - there is a wealth of support available to support you with your training.

PAY

We would pay you a daily rate equivalent to your Pay Scale on MPS or UPS (proof required). You will be paid on a weekly basis through Teaching Personnels PAYE payroll system.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
