Maths Teacher - Cardiff

A school in Cardiff require a Maths teacher to start a full time post in September. The school are looking for a Maths teacher experienced teaching KS3-KS4 Mathematics. This is a medium/large sized secondary school that have a focus of equipping young adults for life beyond school. The school has a close knit community feel and promotes activities and events within the local area.

A traditional secondary school that academically achieves in line with national averages with 54% of students achieving at least 5 A*-C grades in their GCSEs. The successful Mathematician will be commencing in September to Easter initially but likely to the end of the academic year.

Highlights of this Maths teaching post;

Full time post for 2 terms to From September 2018

You will be paid in line with your teacher scale point

Excellent opportunities for career progression and career development

Access to the schools regular CPD training as well as Teaching Personnel's CPD training

The school are open to applications from NQTs or experienced Maths teacher with a preference for someone with strong behavioural management skills. To apply for this Maths post you will need to be eligible for a fully enhanced DBS and have school based references.
