Are you looking for work in the Burnley area?
Teaching personnel are working with a school in the Burnley area to find a suitable Maths Teacher who is going to make an impact on the department and the school. The school is looking to fill a vacancy created by a sudden long term absence in the Maths department.
The school is a large secondary school with pupils ranging from KS3 to KS4. In the schools most recent Ofsted the school was graded 'Good' in all areas. The school is working exceptionally hard towards their next Ofsted inspection to claim the 'Outstanding' judgement.
The teacher should have high expectations embedded into their work ethic along with strong subject knowledge of KS3-KS5 Mathematics. The role involves teaching maths at KS3/KS4 and would also include completing some intervention work with KS4/KS5.
A successful candidate will benefit from:
- High achieving Ofsted 'Good' school
- Suitable for NQT or experienced Teachers
- A successful, inclusive and supportive Maths department
- Negotiable rates of pay depending on experience (£100-145 per day)
