Maths Teacher - Bolton

Are you a Maths teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to work within a well respected 'Outstanding' rated school in the Bolton area ahead of September?

If so, then please see the details of the Maths teacher opportunity at our client school ahead of the new academic year.

Teaching Personnel are currently looking to recruit a Maths teacher due to a recent retirement within our client secondary schools Maths teaching faculty. The school are looking for an individual who has experience teaching in Maths across the ability range to KS3 and GCSE level and a track record of achieving excellent results.

Summary of this Maths teaching role;

  • Full time Maths teacher required from September 2019
  • Employment is being offered on a 12 month temporary basis in the first instance
  • Pay will be in line with MPS/UPS standards (£23,720 - £39,406)
  • Applicants must hold QTS and have experience delivering Maths at KS3 and GCSE levels
  • Opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of professionals and a supportive Senior Leadership Team

The incoming Maths teacher will be taken on a 12 month contract initially, however there is the opportunity to be gain a permanent position due to ever increasing numbers of pupils on roll. The school are looking for a Maths teacher that can showcase excellent behaviour management skills and someone who is looking to progress within a supportive school that are looking to push towards outstanding.

Located on the border of Bolton and Bury, this school is a larger than average school with over 1100 pupils on roll, and serves a wide catchment area with students coming from Bolton and beyond to attend. The school was awarded Ofsted's 'Outstanding' status in 2014 and continue to boast excellent examination results year on year.
