Job Title: Maths and English - Qualified Tutor

Location: Bedfordshire

Salary:

£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

The Maths and English - Qualified Tutor will be responsible for delivering high-quality tutoring in mathematics and English to students. Duties include developing tailored lesson plans, providing individualised instruction, assessing student progress, and maintaining accurate records of student performance.

Required Qualifications:

- A recognised teaching qualification

- Proficiency in both mathematics and English

- Experience in tutoring or teaching

Education:

A degree in Mathematics, English or a related field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching

Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for Maths and English

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional qualifications in education or related field

- Experience working with students with special educational needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
