Job Title: Qualified Tutor/ Teacher

Location:

East of England, Bedfordshire, Bedford

Salary:

£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Description:

Job Duties:

  • The Qualified Tutor/Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational instruction to students, preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to enhance learning outcomes. They will create a supportive and engaging learning environment, tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs, and maintain accurate records of student performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Relevant teaching qualification - Strong subject knowledge in the area of specialisation - Proven experience in teaching and tutoring - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • - Proficiency in educational technology - Ability to differentiate instruction - Classroom management skills - Strong organisational abilities - Commitment to professional development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • - Master's degree in Education - Specialisation in a specific subject area - Experience working with diverse student populations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
