A school based in Hounslow are looking for support staff to work with students with SEN and assist with challenging behaviour

A school seeking Learning Support Assistants in Hounslow are interviewing this week and next for a full time role starting in September. They are looking for people to join their friendly staff, the ideal candidate would have some SEN experience or knowledge, however this is not compulsory.

This position will be working with children with SEN (autism/ADHD) or challenging behaviour.

Details about the role are below:

• Ideally candidates will have experience with challenging behaviour or working with children with SEN
• A bachelor degree would be preferable for this position (e.g. BSc, BA, BEd)
• The school received a rating of "good" from Ofsted as the strong leadership has continued the schools development
• It would be a full-time role, working 5 days-a-week from 8:30am - 3:30pm
• The daily pay rate ranges from £60-£75 a day depending on experience and qualifications
• Accessible via public or personal transport

The Role

The school are looking to hire LSAs and behaviour specialists to join their committed and dedicated team. The role would start in September with interviews commencing this week and next as the schools plan to have their staffing organised as early as possible. The ideal candidate will have experience with challenging behaviour and SEN at several schools. This specific role will require candidates to work on a 1:1 basis and with small groups, as such, experience in a variety of different size groups would be ideal.
