Level 3 Teaching Assistant – BL5 Area

Are you passionate about supporting young learners to achieve their best? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive school in the BL5 area.

Role:

• Provide targeted support to pupils across KS3 & KS4, including 1:1 and small group interventions.

• Assist class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.

• Support students with additional learning needs, helping them thrive academically and socially.

• Contribute to classroom planning, assessment, and behaviour management.

Requirements:
✅ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
✅ Previous experience working in a school setting.
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✅ A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
✅ An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Details:
Location: BL5 area (easily accessible from surrounding areas)
Start Date: ASAP once cleared
⏰ Hours: Full-time, term-time only
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience
