Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant

A warm, welcoming primary school in the Redditch area is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a lovely, supportive school that places strong emphasis on early development, nurture, and play-based learning.

About the Role:
You will be based within the Nursery, working closely with the Class Teacher and Early Years Team to support children during this crucial stage of their development. This role involves supporting learning by promoting independence, play, and helping to create a safe, stimulating environment that is engaging for pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS Framework
• Work with small groups
• Assist with daily class routines and activities
• Support children’s social, emotional, and personal development
• Work collaboratively with teachers and TAs

What We’re Looking For:
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
• Proven experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting
• A good understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• A genuine passion for supporting young children
