Teaching Personnel are working closely with fantastic secondary schools in the Corby and Kettering areas who are looking to appoint Level 2 Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

These are long-term, full-time roles with the opportunity to make a real difference to pupils’ learning and development.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils across a range of abilities, including those with special educational needs (SEN)

• Working with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities

• Providing one-to-one and small group support

• Helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

• Assisting with general classroom duties and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) – essential

• Previous experience supporting children or young people in an educational setting

• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils
