Learning Support Assistant/Youth Worker

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking learning support assistants to work within a central Southampton secondary school. You will be joining an 'Outstanding' school that have a fantastic welcoming culture. The role will include working on a one to one and small group basis with children who need additional learning support.
- Full Time Learning Support Assistant role starting in September 2019

- Working in an Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' school
Due to a new intake of students in Southampton the school are requiring additional learning support assistants to be able to assist students on a one to one and small group basis.
The successful learning support assistant will be supported through their career and many opportunities will be made available to them through an extensive CPD package available to all staff within the school. Previous experience would be an advantage however not necessary; your passion to help children and enable them to reach their full potential will be the most important factor!
