- Encourage communication, confidence, independence, and social development

- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other specialist professionals
- Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment where pupils can thrive

Previous SEN school experience is not essential. We are keen to hear from compassionate individuals who are:
- Patient, caring, and reliable
- Calm, resilient, and adaptable
- Positive and proactive in their approach
- Confident building relationships with children and young people
- Passionate about supporting learners with additional needs to achieve their full potential
What We Offer
- Competitive pay of £14.25 per hour
- Full-time, term-time-only hours for a great work-life balance
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Valuable experience within a specialist SEN setting
- Small class sizes and enhanced staffing support
- A friendly, welcoming, and collaborative team environment
- The opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and young people
